We understand that purchasing a handmade item online can be a big decision. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we offer the following return options:

• Damaged or Defective Items: If your oil lamp arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item. We will provide you with a full refund or exchange, and cover the cost of return shipping.

• Non-Defective Returns: Since each oil lamp is handmade and unique, we typically do not accept returns for change of mind. However, we do accept returns for non-defective items under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
  • The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.
  • Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs, and the item must be securely packaged to prevent damage during the return process.
